Ova klju\u010dna aktivnost osmi\u0161ljena je kako bi transformisala na\u010din na koji omladinske organizacije podr\u017eavaju i vode mlade \u017eene u njihovim preduzetni\u010dkim putovanjima.<\/p><p><strong>Na\u0161i ciljevi<\/strong><\/p><p>Primarni cilj ovog kursa bio je izgradnja kapaciteta radnika s mladima, opremaju\u0107i ih i pedago\u0161kim metodologijama i tehni\u010dkim poslovnim znanjem neophodnim za efikasno mentorstvo mladih \u017eena. Nadalje, ovaj kurs poslu\u017eio je kao zvani\u010dna faza pilotiranja novoosnovanog Materijala za obuku, omogu\u0107avaju\u0107i nam da prikupimo direktne, stvarne povratne informacije od stru\u010dnjaka koji \u0107e ih koristiti na terenu.<\/p><p><strong>U\u010desnici<\/strong><\/p><p>Anga\u017eovana je visoko motivisana kohorta od 73 u\u010desnika: radnici s mladima, projektni koordinatori nevladinih organizacija, neformalni edukatori i mentori u zajednici. Kako bi se osiguralo da su na\u0161e metodologije zaista inkluzivne, strategija regrutacije uspje\u0161no je anga\u017eovala stru\u010dnjake koji ili sami pripadaju grupama s manje mogu\u0107nosti ili direktno rade s marginalizovanim zajednicama, uklju\u010duju\u0107i one iz ruralnih i geografski izoliranih podru\u010dja. Iskazuju\u0107i izvanredan anga\u017eman, 97,3% upisanih u\u010desnika uspje\u0161no je zavr\u0161ilo rigorozni 30-satni program.<\/p><p><strong>Kurs<\/strong><\/p><p>Kako bi se prilagodio zauzetim rasporedima zaposlenih stru\u010dnjaka i uklonile geografske barijere, kurs je koristio visoko fleksibilnu hibridnu metodologiju u\u010denja:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Asinhrono samostalno u\u010denje: <\/strong>U\u010desnici su pristupali na\u0161oj prilago\u0111enoj digitalnoj platformi Otvorenih obrazovnih resursa (OOR), omogu\u0107avaju\u0107i im da rade na modulima prilago\u0111enim mobilnim ure\u0111ajima vlastitim tempom.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Sinhroni u\u017eivo sesije: <\/strong>Samostalno u\u010denje nadopunjeno je \u017eivim, interaktivnim sesijama (i licem u lice i online) posve\u0107enim razmjeni izme\u0111u vr\u0161njaka, prakti\u010dnim raspravama o studijama slu\u010daja i izgradnji zajednice.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Dvostruki nastavni plan: <\/strong>Obuka je premostila teoriju i praksu, nudu\u0107i module o tehnikama mentorstva i emocionalnoj inteligenciji za radnike s mladima, zajedno s \u00abgotovim za kori\u0161tenje\u00bb prakti\u010dnim materijalima za mlade \u017eene o temama poput finansijske pismenosti i digitalnog poslovanja.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Klju\u010dne teme<\/strong><\/p><p>Tokom obuke, u\u010desnici su se bavili kriti\u010dnim konceptima osmi\u0161ljenim da premjeste strategije podr\u0161ke od pru\u017eanja neformalnih savjeta ka strukturiranom psiholo\u0161kom osna\u017eivanju. Klju\u010dne teme uklju\u010divale su:<\/p><ul><li><p>Razumijevanje \u00abdvostrukih barijera\u00bb s kojima se suo\u010davaju mlade \u017eene \u2014 konkretno kako adresirati internalizovane psiholo\u0161ke prepreke (poput straha od neuspjeha i jaza u samopouzdanju) uz sistemske i kulturne barijere.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ovladavanje evropskim okvirima EntreComp i LifeComp za sistematsko prepoznavanje nedostataka u vje\u0161tinama i podsticanje otpornosti.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Vje\u017ebanje strukturiranih coaching metodologija, poput GROW modela, i u\u010denje facilitiranja tehni\u010dkih poslovnih alata kao \u0161to su Business Model Canvas i postavljanje SMART ciljeva.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Naprijed: oblikovanje budu\u0107e podr\u0161ke<\/strong><\/p><p>Faza pilotiranja bila je uspje\u0161na, a u\u010desnici su izvijestili o dubokom porastu profesionalnog samopouzdanja i spremnosti za mentorstvo.
