Uz gostoprimstvo na\u0161eg norve\u0161kog partnera, YYOUTH, ova mobilnost uronila je na\u0161e partnerstvo u jedan od najdinami\u010dnijih preduzetni\u010dkih ekosistema u Evropi, pru\u017eaju\u0107i duboke uvide u inovacije, socijalnu integraciju i ekonomsko osna\u017eivanje \u017eena.<\/p><p><strong>Na\u0161i ciljevi<\/strong><\/p><p>Primarni cilj studijske posjete bio je izgradnja kapaciteta radnika s mladima i edukatora konzorcijuma direktnim izlaganjem uspje\u0161nim preduzetni\u010dkim praksama i strukturama podr\u0161ke. Nastojali smo olak\u0161ati prekograni\u010dni prijenos znanja, podsticati umre\u017eavanje na visokom nivou te prikupiti strate\u0161ke lekcije koje se mogu prilagoditi i primijeniti u Ju\u017enoj Evropi i Zapadnom Balkanu.<\/p><p><strong>U\u010desnici<\/strong><\/p><p>Mobilnost je anga\u017eovala raznovrstan tim od 21 u\u010desnika, koji se sastojao od tri predstavnika svake od na\u0161ih sedam partnerskih organizacija iz \u0160panije, Gr\u010dke, Albanije, Kosova, Bosne i Hercegovine, Crne Gore i Norve\u0161ke. Grupu su \u010dinili radnici s mladima, mentori, neformalni edukatori i direktori omladinskih organizacija.<\/p><p><strong>Posjeta<\/strong><\/p><p>Intenzivni trodnevni program kombinovao je prakti\u010dne radionice, dijaloge na visokom nivou i istra\u017eivanje ekosistema:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Podsticanje inovacija kroz Ideathon: <\/strong>Uz doma\u0107instvo Charge Incubatora u Evolve Coworkingu, u\u010desnici su u\u010destvovali u dinami\u010dnom Ideathonu. Mladi preduzetnici prezentirali su svoje ideje, a na\u0161i radnici s mladima sara\u0111ivali su u timovima na razvoju Business Model Canvasa za koncepte s dru\u0161tvenim utjecajem, poput platforme za socijalnu integraciju imigranata.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Snala\u017eenje u \u00abEkonomiji povjerenja\u00bb: <\/strong>Kroz sesije susreta i razmjene s mladim osniva\u010dicama preduze\u0107a u Mesh Youngstorgetu, u\u010desnici su istra\u017eivali jedinstvene izazove norve\u0161ke poslovne kulture. Rasprave su rasvijetlile realnost poslovanja u \u00abEkonomiji povjerenja\u00bb, gdje je ulazak u etablirane mre\u017ee zna\u010dajna prepreka, posebno za poduzetnike koji nisu doma\u0107i.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Dijalog o politikama na visokom nivou: <\/strong>Delegacija je bila primljena u Ambasadi Republike Kosovo na strate\u0161kom razgovoru s Njezinim Ekscelencijom ambasadoricom dr. Nitom Luci i liderima ekosistema. Dijalog se bavio strukturalnim barijerama kao \u0161to su \u00abdvostruko optere\u0107enje\u00bb za \u017eene i \u00abzamka grant-preduzetnika\u00bb, istovremeno istra\u017euju\u0107i koncepte poput iskori\u0161\u0107avanja dijaspore za \u00abBrain Gain\u00bb.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Istra\u017eivanje ekosistema u Oslo Science Parku: <\/strong>Grupa je posjetila srce norve\u0161kog inovacijskog distrikta, uklju\u010duju\u0107i StartupLab, vode\u0107i tehnolo\u0161ki inkubator. U\u010desnici su do\u017eivjeli filozofiju \u00abslu\u010dajnih sudara\u00bb parka na doga\u0111ajima umre\u017eavanja, u\u010de\u0107i kako premostiti jaz izme\u0111u akademije, istra\u017eivanja i komercijalnog poduzetni\u0161tva.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Klju\u010dne teme<\/strong><\/p><p>Tokom posjete, nekoliko kriti\u010dnih tema istaknulo se kao smjernice za na\u0161e budu\u0107e ta\u010dke podr\u0161ke:<\/p><ul><li><p>Prelazak startupa s oslanjanja na neprofitne grantove na odr\u017eive komercijalne modele ulaganja.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Neophodnost izgradnje \u00abInvestitorske sestrinstva\u00bb kako bi se suprotstavilo finansijskim ekosistemima koje dominiraju mu\u0161karci i pomoglo \u017eenama da podr\u017eavaju druge \u017eene.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Va\u017enost adresiranja i strukturalne pristranosti prema \u017eenama i internalizovanih barijera koje spre\u010davaju saradnju.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Naprijed: dono\u0161enje \u00abnorve\u0161kih lekcija\u00bb ku\u0107i<\/strong><\/p><p>Unaprijed gledano, 21 obu\u010deni radnik s mladima djelova\u0107e kao multiplikatori, donose\u0107i ove \u00abnorve\u0161ke lekcije\u00bb nazad u svoje lokalne zajednice putem radionica i predstoje\u0107ih Leaders4Future ta\u010daka
