Ova klju\u010dna aktivnost osmi\u0161ljena je kako bi se identifikovale realne psiholo\u0161ke prepreke i prepreke u pogledu vje\u0161tina s kojima se mlade \u017eene suo\u010davaju kada razmi\u0161ljaju o pokretanju sopstvenog biznisa.<\/p><p><strong>Na\u0161i ciljevi<\/strong><\/p><p>Primarni cilj ovih sesija bio je produbiti na\u0161e razumijevanje specifi\u010dnih potreba, izazova i barijera koje spre\u010davaju mlade \u017eene da pokrenu vlastita preduze\u0107a. Pored toga, fokus grupe poslu\u017eile su kao vitalna prakti\u010dna platforma za pilotiranje novoosnovanog Alata za samoprocjenu. Testiranjem alata direktno s njegovim korisnicima prikupili smo klju\u010dne povratne informacije kako bismo osigurali da je jasan, relevantan i kulturolo\u0161ki prilagodljiv prije kona\u010dnog javnog objavljivanja.<\/p><p><strong>U\u010desnice<\/strong><\/p><p>Anga\u017eovano je ukupno 70 mladih \u017eena (10 po zemlji), starosti izme\u0111u 18 i 30 godina. Kako bi se osigurao bogat, inkluzivan i visoko reprezentativan dijalog, proces selekcije sna\u017eno je prioritizovao raznolikost. Grupe su okupile \u017eene s razli\u010ditim nivoima preduzetni\u010dkog iskustva zajedno s osobama iz prioritetnih kategorija, uklju\u010duju\u0107i poduzetnice prve generacije, \u017eene iz ruralnih podru\u010dja, osobe koje nisu u zaposlenju, obrazovanju ni obuci (NEET) te osobe s migrantskim porijeklom ili invaliditetom.<\/p><p>Svaka dvosat-sesija pa\u017eljivo je osmi\u0161ljena kako bi pru\u017eila siguran i kolaborativan prostor, odvijaju\u0107i se u tri glavne faze:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Pilotiranje alata: <\/strong>U\u010desnice su individualno popunile Alat za samoprocjenu i dale direktne povratne informacije o njegovoj upotrebljivosti i relevantnosti.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Otvorena diskusija: <\/strong>Koriste\u0107i tehnike pri\u010danja pri\u010da i polustrukturirani format, facilitatori su vodili interaktivni razgovor koji je poticao u\u010desnice da podijele li\u010dna iskustva i \u017eivotne pri\u010de.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Refleksija: <\/strong>Zavr\u0161ni rezimiraju\u0107i dio omogu\u0107io je u\u010desnicama da podijele zavr\u0161ne misli i ocijene cjelokupnu sesiju.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Anga\u017eovane rasprave za okruglim stolom omogu\u0107ile su mladim \u017eenama da iznesu svoje brige i potrebe u vezi s nekoliko klju\u010dnih tema:<\/p><ul><li><p>Rod, kulturni izazovi i dru\u0161tvena o\u010dekivanja.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Pristup preduzetni\u010dkom ekosistemu, financiranju i institucijama podr\u0161ke.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Duboka potreba za emocionalnom podr\u0161kom, osje\u0107ajem zajedni\u0161tva i inspirativnim \u017eenskim uzorima.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Prakti\u010dne i strukturalne prepreke, kao \u0161to su snala\u017eenje u birokratiji, marketing i jezi\u010dke barijere.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Ove fokus grupe temelj su na\u0161ih predstoje\u0107ih aktivnosti. Neprocjenjivi kvalitativni uvidi prikupljeni od ovih 70 mladih \u017eena sintetizirani su u na\u0161 sveobuhvatni Izvje\u0161taj \u00abRu\u0161enje barijera\u00bb.
