Esta actividad se dise\u00f1\u00f3 para identificar los obst\u00e1culos psicol\u00f3gicos y de competencias que las j\u00f3venes encuentran en la vida real cuando se plantean emprender.<\/p><p><strong>Nuestros objetivos<\/strong><\/p><p>El objetivo principal de estas sesiones fue profundizar en el conocimiento de las necesidades, los retos y las barreras espec\u00edficas que frenan a las j\u00f3venes a la hora de lanzar sus propios negocios. Adem\u00e1s, los grupos focales constituyeron una plataforma pr\u00e1ctica fundamental para evaluar la Herramienta de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n reci\u00e9n desarrollada. Al probarla directamente con sus destinatarias, recogimos un valioso feedback que garantiza su claridad, pertinencia y adaptabilidad cultural antes de su publicaci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/p><p><strong>Las participantes<\/strong><\/p><p>Participaron un total de 70 j\u00f3venes (10 por pa\u00eds), con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 30 a\u00f1os. Para garantizar un di\u00e1logo rico, inclusivo y representativo, el proceso de selecci\u00f3n prioriz\u00f3 decididamente la diversidad. Los grupos reunieron a mujeres con distintos niveles de experiencia emprendedora junto a personas procedentes de colectivos prioritarios: emprendedoras de primera generaci\u00f3n, mujeres de zonas rurales, j\u00f3venes sin empleo ni formaci\u00f3n y personas con origen migrante o con discapacidad.<\/p><p>Cada sesi\u00f3n de dos horas se dise\u00f1\u00f3 cuidadosamente para ofrecer un espacio seguro y colaborativo, estructurado en tres fases principales:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pilotaje de la herramienta: <\/strong>Las participantes completaron de forma individual la Herramienta de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n y proporcionaron feedback directo sobre su usabilidad y pertinencia.<\/li><li><strong>Debate abierto: <\/strong>Mediante t\u00e9cnicas de narraci\u00f3n y un formato semiestructurado, las facilitadoras guiaron una conversaci\u00f3n interactiva que anim\u00f3 a las participantes a compartir sus historias personales y experiencias reales.<\/li><li><strong>Reflexi\u00f3n: <\/strong>Una fase final permiti\u00f3 a las participantes compartir sus \u00faltimas reflexiones y valorar la sesi\u00f3n en su conjunto.<\/li><\/ul><p>Los debates permitieron que las j\u00f3venes expresaran sus preocupaciones y necesidades en torno a varios temas fundamentales:<\/p><ul><li>G\u00e9nero, retos culturales y expectativas sociales.<\/li><li>Acceso al ecosistema emprendedor, a la financiaci\u00f3n y a las instituciones de apoyo.<\/li><li>La profunda necesidad de apoyo emocional, sentido de pertenencia a una comunidad y referentes femeninos inspiradores.<\/li><li>Obst\u00e1culos pr\u00e1cticos y estructurales, como la burocracia, el marketing y las barreras ling\u00fc\u00edsticas.<\/li><\/ul><p>Estos grupos focales constituyen la base de nuestras pr\u00f3ximas actuaciones. Los valiosos conocimientos cualitativos recogidos de estas 70 j\u00f3venes se han sintetizado en nuestro exhaustivo Informe \u00abRompiendo Barreras\u00bb.
