Launching the Leaders4Future Support Points: Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs!

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the Leaders4Future Support Points across our seven partner countries: Spain, Norway, Greece, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Albania.

These dedicated hubs have been created to serve as incubators and mentoring spaces specifically designed for young women (aged 18 to 30) who dream of starting their own businesses.

What We Offer 

Operating at least one day per week in flexible face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats, our Support Points offer a comprehensive support system tailored to your entrepreneurial journey. By joining your local Support Point, you will have access to:

• Personalised Mentorship & Coaching: Receive direct guidance from our youth workers to help you build your confidence, overcome barriers, and develop a sustainable business model.
• Entrepreneurial Skills Assessment: Utilise our digital Self-Assessment Tool to discover your strengths and identify the specific skills you need to grow.
• Specialised Workshops: Participate in practical training sessions designed to fit your schedule.
• National Contest Preparation: Get expert assistance to draft your business plan and record your 1-minute “elevator pitch” video to compete in our upcoming “Create Your Own Business Plan” National Contest.
• An International Community of Practice: Connect with a wider network of peers, local entrepreneurs, and experts to share experiences and navigate your local funding and legal ecosystems.

Who Can Join? 

Are you a young woman between 18 and 30 with a business idea? Whether you are just starting to explore entrepreneurship or need help taking your start-up to the next level, our doors are open to you. We particularly encourage young women with fewer opportunities or those facing socio-economic barriers to reach out and participate.
