FRAMEWORK AND METHODOLOGY
This phase of the project focuses on understanding the needs and challenges young women face when aspiring to become entrepreneurs. Through research, focus groups, and a dedicated assessment tool, the project will help youth centres and youth workers identify the gaps that limit young women’s entrepreneurial potential. At the same time, young women will have the opportunity to explore their own skills, reflect on the obstacles they encounter, and actively participate in the process.
By identifying and analysing these gaps, the project will empower them to advocate for their needs and rights while laying the groundwork for tailored training. This collaborative approach will ensure that both young women and those supporting them are better equipped to overcome barriers and foster entrepreneurship.
